Spencer, Chase, and Ezra started SPEC Systems together, brainstorming what a better operations system could look like for service businesses. Spencer is the one laying out the system architecture, always looking for ways to make it operate at a higher level. He turns the team's ideas into structured plans and is constantly refining how each piece works to deliver better results for clients.

When it comes to working with clients, the whole team is involved. From the discovery call to going live, all three of them are hands-on to make sure the system fits the business perfectly. Based in Phoenix, AZ.

Chase has been building SPEC Systems alongside Spencer from day one. When Spencer lays out the blueprint, Chase helps refine it, pressure-test the ideas, and bring them to life. He's the sounding board for every new concept and the hands that help turn rough ideas into polished, working systems.
